We all want to save, but we seldom take into account that saving is not only related to expenses, but to making what we buy yield. Therefore, finding a way to extend the shelf life of your fruits is key to translate into savings.

If you are a busy person or a working mom, you have surely had to discard large quantities of fruits that you could not take advantage of. So that this does not happen again, we leave you the best tips that will help you get juice from your food.


Strawberries


To keep this fruit in good condition, the key is to avoid moisture, so putting them in a paper bag inside the refrigerator will make them last longer. If you don't have a paper bag on hand, do it in a container with a paper napkin. If they are ripe and you are not going to consume them immediately, it is best to freeze them and use them to prepare a smoothie or smoothie.
